      It will never get spoilt if you use correct measurements.Mustard itself is a natural preservative.Use thin home made buttermilk .Strain it properly.Oota should be thin. Only thing i can suggest is adding lemon juice along with oota.We should use for kommulu and then only use that oota for other ootakayilu.
